Manchester United striker Anthony Martial has taunted Liverpool fans by claiming that his goal against them on his debut is still the best of his career.
Martial joined United in a 36million deal and fans were very unsure of his abilities and the amount of money United were paying for him.
However, Martial brought all the critics to rest after scoring a dream solo goal against Liverpool within 20 minutes of his first team debut.

Martial is ready to welcome Liverpool (now managed by Jurgen Klopp) for a crucial game at Old Trafford next Sunday where a win would bring United right back in the title chase.
When asked about the greatest goal he’s ever scored, Martial has no hesitation what the answer is and he said: “It has to be the one against Liverpool on my United debut.
“Hopefully I can score against them again.”
Martial, meanwhile, insists United still have their sights set on catching those above them to remain in the title hunt.
He added: “We’ve done everything we can to win all of our own games. We’ve come back nicely into the mix and we’re not far off third place now.
“We’re five points off second-placed Liverpool too, who we play at the weekend.
“I think we’re definitely moving in the right direction. I guess Chelsea have still got quite a healthy lead at the top, but you never know what can happen.
“We just have to keep on in the same way to try and finish as high as we possibly can at the end of the season.”
