The name Lucas Piazon always comes to the limelight during every pre-season when all players return to their parent club. Lucas Piazon has extended his Chelsea contract until the summer of 2019, according to report from Daily Mail.
The Brazilian winger will spend the 2017-18 season on loan with Fulham. Piazon was enjoying a successful campaign before a broken jaw ended his spell.
Chelsea offered the Brazilian a new two year contract before allowing him return to Fulham for a loan deal. Piazon, 23, enjoyed an impressive season at Craven Cottage last time out and says he felt he had ‘unfinished business’ after missing much of the run-in with a broken jaw.
Piazon who is pleased with the loan move said: ‘I believe it is a very good move for me and I am very happy with the decision. There is a certain feeling of unfinished business. It felt like I must come back and help the team to reach what we were chasing last year, so it will be a very exciting season.
This is the first time I will spend two seasons with a club. I am excited to see the boys and get back into training.’
Piazon scored five goals and offered up four assists in 30 Championship appearances for Fulham last season.
